The Slam Man home boxing system allows you to punch yourself to fitness. He is suitable for all sizes of adult as his height can be adjusted up to 6ft, and the thick high-density, blow-moulded polyethylene plastic construction enables the Slam Man to take blow after blow during your workout. And best of all, he doesn’t punch back!!!

Slam Man comes with 15 training programs that test all levels of skill and fitness. Each of the programs within the computer has been developed with a professional boxer so you can be sure of a thorough workout time and time again. The programs include beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. The random program will really keep you on your toes as you won’t know where your next punch will have to be thrown?

If things start to get easy, simply adjust the sensor - this gives you the ability to change the Slam Man’s strength level which will mean you need to punch harder to activate the target light that confirms a registered punch.

By using the Slam Man you will not only improve fitness, agility, reflexes and stamina. You will improve your upper body muscle tone as constant movement through throwing punches and footwork will improve your cardiovascular system. Your balance and co-ordination will also benefit from this type of work out.

Your Slam Man comes with everything you need to get started straight away, you get the man himself and a set of universal fitting gloves.

Please note that you will be required to fill the base of the unit with 240lbs of sand to maintain stability. It is recommended that the base is filled with Silver Sand (dry sand). This makes it easier to empty if the slam man needs to be moved.
