This machine is about as smooth as it gets. The weight carriage rides on nylon bushings making for a precise operation. As with the majority of Powertec pieces, the floor tubing is elevated off of the floor providing a fully stable base with no lateral movement. Powertec have also incorporated a unique swivel seat that pivots out of the way for many exercises to be performed with the necessary clearance.
