Directions:
Load up with 2/3 of a scoop (35g) 4 times per day mixed with 400ml of water before eating for 4 to 5 days. After which, maintain with 2/3 of a scoop (35g) twice daily, once in the morning and once after training or late afternoon. Take for a maximum of two months and then take two weeks off before resuming. For best results ensure you consume plenty of water throughout the day.
