I’d like to let you know how satisfied we were with the way you dealt with this order.
We placed this order with you after cancelling one for the same product on one of your competitors, and waiting for a month for delivery, during which time we were given various commitments which did not happen.
This order was placed with you on Monday 25th September, confirmed by email within minutes, we were called by the delivery company on Tuesday, then by the driver on Wednesday to give a couple of hours’ notice of arrival. It was delivered on Wednesday evening. This is outstanding service, which we’ll happily tell others about.
