We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We do not send marketing emails to non-customer, personal email addresses ('spam').
We may from time to time email our customers with special offers using the email address provided to us at the time of purchase. Please note that we will not pass your email address on to any 3rd parties, we will only use it to keep you informed of genuine special offers. We will, of course, give you the option to refuse any emails from us in the future by means of 'unsubscribing'.

Postage and Packaging
Free delivery (mainland UK excluding the Highlands of Scotland and certain other Scottish postcodes) is included in the price you pay for all goods ordered from UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. over the value of £49.99 unless otherwise stated. Orders below this value will incur a 'small order' charge of £3.95 - this will be clearly displayed in the basket once you have added the product/s. For orders to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Highlands of Scotland and certain other Scottish postcodes, please contact us and we will advise whether we are able to ship the item/s to you and if so, advise of any additional delivery charges.
We are able to dispatch many items on the day you place your order if before 1pm Mon-Fri subject to stock levels and type of product ordered. Some items will leave us by Royal Mail, some by courier and some by pre-booked 2 man team. Some items may be sent direct from our suppliers. We confirm every order by automated and then personalised email and within this personalised email, we will confirm expected lead time for delivery. If you would like to check availability of any item/s, please call us on 01376 323 344 (option 1).
Within our normal courier service we are not always able to give a specific date for delivery, although where delivery has been requested for a specific date UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. will endeavour to fulfil this request within the free delivery service but this cannot be guaranteed. Next day and time specific delivered at a premium subject to availability of goods. Please call us on 01376 323344 when placing your order for a quote.
If the original delivery date requested by the customer cannot be met and the customer would rather not wait they are entitled to cancel their order and to receive any refund of monies paid.
If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer the customer a full refund.
UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. will not be liable for any claim for compensation whatsoever for failing to deliver on a particular date or time.
Please note - we currently accept orders from our website for delivery to UK & Rebublic of Ireland addresses only (please see above for delivery charges).
Undeliverable Goods
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you provide when your order is delivered. If no one is home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you. If, subsequently, your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't contact them to re-arrange the delivery or collect your order from their offices when carded, you will be required to pay the original shipping cost and return costs incurred by UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time, you will receive a full refund less carriage and return carriage charges incurred by UK Fitness Supplies Ltd.
You will also be required to pay a second postage charge in cases where you supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address initially, which resulted in return of an order by the carrier.

With the exception of our own range of Full Commercial Strength equipment, all prices include VAT @ 15%.

Cancelling your order
As a customer of UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. you have the unconditional right to cancel your order/s without giving a reason within 7 working days of receiving your goods and your money will be returned within 30 days (the 7 working days starts the day after receipt of the goods). The customer should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in posession of them and must return them in their original packaging and condition. The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods should they wish to cancel their order.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any and all freight charges incurred by UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal. If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery will not fit through any doors/stairwells and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you will be liable for all outward & return carriage costs. We would therefore recommend that you ensure the product will fit and can be transported to its ground floor point of installation easily. If you need to confirm the boxed dimensions of a product please call us on 01376 323344 prior to placing your order.
All refunds will only be made after receipt by us of the original goods supplied by UK Fitness Supplies Ltd.
Returns & Exchanges
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER - RETURNS MUST REACH US WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF ISSUING THE RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER. ITEMS RECEIVED AFTER 7 WORKING DAYS WILL NOT BE VALID & WILL NOT BE SIGNED FOR.
As a customer of UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. you have the unconditional right to cancel your order/s without giving a reason within 7 working days of receiving your goods and your money will be returned within 30 days (the 7 working days starts the day after receipt of the goods).
All non faulty goods must arrive back with us in perfect condition in their original packaging. No refunds will be payable on goods that arrive damaged, marked, or without their original packaging.
If you receive faulty goods, please ensure you contact us by the next working day from signing for them. You are entitled to a full refund should you wish or alternatively we will either arrange an exchange or in some cases an engineer to call. This could involve the customer dealing with the manufacturer direct. In the event of goods needing to be returned, the return will only be valid if authorised by UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. and if returned in appropriate packaging. We ask that you open all packages with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods need to be returned.
Please note: unless you are returning faulty items, goods are returned at your own expense. You are advised to return goods using a 'signed for' service to provide you with insurance should they get lost and fail to arrive back with us.

Delivery and Installation by the manufacturer
Unless specified on our website as 'including installation', all products are supplied including delivery on a 'delivery only' basis. On certain (but not all) items, installation may be available for an additional charge but if this is required, please contact us first for a quote.
With over 2000 products on our website, delivery times will vary from product to product. This can range from 'next day delivery' on many products to 2 - 3 weeks on 'special order' items. However, we aim to deliver the vast majority of our products within 7 - 10 working days. Where there is likely to be a delay we will contact you to discuss.
Certain products have pre-arranged deliveries and/or installations, which means the item will be booked in with you by the carrier or the supplier. If, when the carrier arrives with your goods after pre-arrangement, there is no-one present to receive them, they will be returned to the carrier's depot, or to the supplier. In this case you will be liable for ALL charges for re-delivery. Please note, if the order is subsequently cancelled, you will be liable for all carriage charges incurred by UK Fitness Supplies Ltd.
Delivery is by "one man" service to ground floor unless otherwise advised. "Two man" deliveries can be arranged by prior agreement - please note, an extra charge may be applied - please contact us for more details.
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, UK Fitness Supplies Ltd or any carriers delivering on behalf of us MUST be informed of ANY restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles. This includes but not limited to, steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. UK Fitness Supplies Ltd will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges incurred by UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. These charges are also applicable if it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery 'will not fit' through any doors/stairwells and the product is subsequently returned/refused.
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal.
Signature on Delivery/Shortages or Damages
When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive and look for any damage. The number of boxes you should receive will be noted on the carriers delivery note. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carriers delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note by your signature. Any visible damage to the equipment or packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. THE WORDS 'UNEXAMINED' OR 'UNCHECKED' WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A CONDITIONAL SIGNATURE. You MUST cross out 'delivered in good condition' from the carriers delivery note. It is very important to check your order. If, after inspection, you find any damage or parts missing that wasn't visible on signing for the goods, the shortages or damages MUST be reported to UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. by the next working day from signing. Neither UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. nor the carrier can be held responsible for damages if you do not note them on your delivery note or if you do not report any damage/shortages to us within the specified timescale.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all products offered for sale come with 1 years 'Domestic Use' manufacturers parts & labour warranty. Unless otherwise stated goods are warranted for use within the mainland UK only.
This is in addition to consumers' statutory rights.
Problems Logging In:
It is possible that you will have been logged out of your account if you have been inactive on our site for a period of 15 mins, or if you have ended your session then returned.

Slow browsing or failure to connect:

Empty Shopping Basket:
The shopping basket holds items you wish to purchase whilst you browse our site. Due to our site constantly changing, items that you placed in the basket may have changed or been removed during periods of inactivity. Our shopping baskets are updated after 1 hour of inactivity. It is possible that during this time, an item or items in your basket may have been edited or deleted from the site. It is also possible that upgrades and major changes to our site could affect users’ shopping baskets.
Problems adding an item to the shopping basket:
In order to use our site and to place an order you must have your browser set to accept ''cookies''. Cookies are essential when trying to place items into the shopping basket and to complete the checkout procedure. Please also check the stock status of the product you are trying to place in the shopping basket. If the item is ''out of stock'', the ''add to basket'' button will be replaced by an ''email me when back in stock'' button. This button will take you to a page that allows you to pass on your contact details to us so we can alert you when the item is back in stock.
Missing content:
If when browsing you find that images or buttons are missing it may be the case that your browser is set to not allow the downloading of images or buttons, please check your browser’s settings.

On selected items where a free gift is offered, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on the free gift. However, if the item is faulty, it will be covered under manufacturers warranty. If the main item purchased is returned for any reason, the free item becomes chargeable at full retail price as advertised on our website.
WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allows household customers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
UK Fitness Supplies Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our household customers free take back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
What can you do?
Reuse:
If your old machine is still working, do you know somebody who would like to use it? There are many organisations such as schools, clubs, residential homes etc. who would be very happy to have the use of your old equipment.
In addition there are organisations that will reuse and repair electrical and electronic equipment, and some even run 'cash for recycling' schemes. Please click here to find a list of waste electrical reuse charities and networks.
Recycle:
If your old equipment is no longer useful, please recycle it.
Alternatively, as a distributor we are committed to reducing the amount of WEEE that goes to land fill. We are doing our bit for the environment by offering free take-back on a like for like basis when you purchase a new machine from us. This means, for example, that if you buy a new cross trainer from us, you can return your old cross trainer to us and we will arrange appropriate disposal of the old machine. Please note it must be a similar product. e.g. an old exercise bike for a new one, an old treadmill for a new one etc.
Customers must return their like for like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Please note customers must cover the cost of returning their WEEE item.
If you would like to return your like for like WEEE item within 28 days of purchasing your new item please contact us on sales@ukfitnesssupplies.co.uk.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show they they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so they can be recycled.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, the odd occasion arises where there may be a pricing error - if an online order is placed and such an error has occured we will contact you before taking payment from your card to advise of the error. Your automated confirmation email does not act as a contract between UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. and yourself. The contract will not be formed until UK Fitness Supplies Ltd. charges your credit card at the point of despatch of the goods. We will send you an email to let you know the goods have been despatched to you, and your order has been accepted.
